Answers

1. What is your turnaround time?

Our normal turnaround time is 5 - 10 business days for most items.  Please consult with our friendly staff for your specific needs.

Rush fees may apply on some orders if needed sooner than 5 days.

A 50% deposit is required on all orders.

2. What type of logos/artwork do you accept to complete the job?

Web graphics are not accepted.  They do not laser or engrave well.  The preferred types are vector or object based files such as: EPS, CDR, or AI.  Please convert all text to curves.  We also accept some photographic or scanned art with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI such as jpg or tif files.  If the files provided are not sufficient to get a good print and we have to modify - we do charge a minimum art charge of $40.00.

If you have a specific font you want to use, please provide us with the font name so we can check our library of fonts for availability.

We do have a large variety of common clipart/school mascots/corporate logos available in our library.

3. How many lines of text can you engrave on plates/trophy awards etc.?

Trophy plates - depending on the the size of the base, usually will include 1 - 3 lines of text depending on the amount of characters in the line.  Some bases we are able to fit up to 5 lines of text. The amount of letters per line varies, depending on the length of the bases, the amount of characters, and the font.

4. Do you send a proof to view how it will look?

We will layout the artwork according to your instructions and specifications of the piece ordered. We will email you a link to view your proof and check for spelling, punctuation, etc.  Please make sure you have what you want in mind, because we cannot provide more than 2 proofs without requiring extra typeset/processing charges.  Once we receive your final approval we will proceed.  It is your responsibility to return the signed approval in a timely manner to prevent delays with the completion of your order.
